Melissa Farber, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Melissa Farber joined Lighthouse Guild in 1987. With over 25 years of strategic leadership in human resource management, she oversees all aspects of Lighthouse Guild’s human resource operations including recruitment, labor relations, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and retention. Ms. Farber is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), The Association of Healthcare Human Resources Association (AHHRA), and sits on the Healthcare Association of New York State’s (HANYS) HR Council. She is dually certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (HRCI) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM). She has completed the Labor Relations-Contract Administration program from Cornell University. Ms. Farber received her BS degree in Management from the University of Bridgeport.
