Charitable gift annuity (CGA) is a contract between you and either Lighthouse International* or Jewish Guild for the Blind,* affiliated organizations of Lighthouse Guild. You make an irrevocable gift of cash, securities, or other property to Lighthouse Guild. In exchange, Lighthouse International or Jewish Guild for the Blind pays you a fixed amount each year for the rest of your life. The lifetime annuity rate is determined by the age(s) of the named annuitant(s) at the time payments begin. When your gift annuity ends, its remaining principal passes to Lighthouse International or Jewish Guild for the Blind.

Annuity rates are subject to change. Annuities are not available in all states. The minimum gift to establish a charitable gift annuity is $10,000.
Annuitant must be at least 60 years old when payments begin.
