Yoga has physical and mental health benefits that can reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase overall health. For people who are blind or visually impaired, yoga can be especially helpful to build core strength, reducing the risk of falls.

Join our FREE three-week chair yoga series from the comfort and convenience of your home by phone or online.  Learn about the benefits of seated yoga and positions, stretching techniques, and guided meditation in the comfort of your home through detailed descriptions. All levels of experience welcome!

What You’ll Need:

  • Zoom OR a phone to join via dial-in number
  • Chair, with no wheels and no arms (preferred not required)
  • Yoga mat or blankets and pillows
  • Belt or towel to assist with movements (optional)
  • Comfortable clothing

Attend all three sessions to be entered into a raffle giveaway!
